War and poverty are the two factors contributing to the population decline in Jordan. It is challenging to sustain a healthy population growth rate in the face of organizations like ISIS and unrestrained local conflict. The resources required to sustain life are being stolen by these parties and entities that embrace terrorism. Young adults in urban areas like Amman and Madaba frequently have their youth ripped from them and exchanged for various forms of enslavement. Most of them are also killed when they are no longer required for the purposes they were designed. These groups lack respect for life or see the need to nurture others. These organizations concentrate on acts of violence that cause conflict and poverty. People must rely on these organizations to take care of them since they control the employment options available to the populace, which gives them control. It becomes a vicious cycle and a resource for the underprivileged people. They become dependent on them and are unable to liberate themselves.

The majority of illnesses are fatal and have a significant negative impact on the community. They also tend to spread swiftly and affect many individuals at once. Illnesses can modify mortality, growth, and reproduction, which can all impact population growth patterns.
