Over the years, cultural and family history have played a significant role in aiding people to understand themselves as individuals, where they are, and what they currently have. As a young African American male, my family history, community, culture, and environment have had a greater influence on the person I am today. My family has motivated me to acknowledge and love my skin color as it is the most beautiful. Sometimes people can reject or stop believing in you, but my family cannot forsake me. Furthermore, my environment has encouraged me to continue pushing myself to follow my dreams of sharing the music language.
