The nursing profession is one of the health professions requiring highly skilled personnel to ensure quality health services. Cultivating the required skills in these nurses call for continuous training and evaluation coupled with a series of promotions to next levels. There are certain considerations when striving to acquire the most qualified nursing staff, which has been one of the biggest dreams of most healthcare facilities around the world. Considering the proposed nursing recommendations that have been identified in the assignment, I would approach the recommendations with various applicable technique, integrating the learned nursing concepts aimed at making the correct decision.
Starting with recommendation 4, which is about increasing the proportion of nurses with a baccalaureate degree to 80% by 2020, I see myself fitting the recommendation that I may approach through recommending for a serious training using modern health technologies. In achieving this recommendation, it is important to consider purchasing this equipment that would ensure an integrated approach to medical training (Pittman, Emily, Hargraves, Herrera, & Thompson, 2015). The result would be an increase in the proportion of nurses with a baccalaureate degree to a tune of 80% in 2020. I would fit the program by doing through training in nursing, as well as ensuring good performance in the nursing tests that shall be offered in the middle and at the end of the training period.
Recommendation 5, which is about to double the number of nurses with a doctorate by 2020, it is important to consider the expansion of training facilities, as well as to encourage nurses to further their learning to achieve the doctorate degrees.
