Children with disability are entitled to a specialized education that allows educators to understand their needs. Early Childhood Special Education Teachers (ECSET) creates learning programs for every kid, offering structured settings where they can flourish, communicate with their guardians, and provide physical help. These programs are, therefore, essential for the educator to ensure the needs of the learners are met. Although this profession is rewarding, it can cause a lot of conflict with other staff and faculty if the needs of the students are not met.
