Moreover, medical facilities have become a government’s target since then, with multiple cases of bombing and destroying clinics and hospitals, thus leaving a majority of the population unable to access primary health services (Zarocostas, 2023). The situation fails to align with the best practices outlined in the readings, which focus on the significance of ensuring the provision of primary health services even during conflict situations.
