Servant leadership entails the aspects of interacting with one another, especially in an organization. It is very vital to have a close relationship with workers since it accelerates performance. The servant leadership model reflects what leaders are required to do at the workplace. They can be defined as principles of servant leadership. Some of the principles highlighted in the servant leadership models include empathy, unselfishness, and listening. Infographics are a compilation of information inform of pie charts and graphs. Differences Between Servant Leadership and Leadership Models
Servant leadership focuses on enlightening people and challenging them to become better throughout their careers. Servant leadership models equip leaders to have a diverse knowledge of interacting with people, for example, Martin Luther King. On the other hand, the leadership model focuses on the values and goals of the company (Lapina, n.d.). in this case, leadership models create strict measures which steer the company towards achieving its goals, for example, Steve Job. In this case, the leadership model requires the leaders to have authentic behaviors in the workplace. Servant leadership models challenge leaders to be servants. Their main objective is to serve.
