Efforts to reach Mariah Gregor proved futile because she was on vacation. I previously collaborated with Marlise at Princeton Eye and Ear and was impressed by her outstanding customer service and teamwork competencies. In addition to my positive experiences training and supervising Marlise at the facility, her response indicated that she understood every touchpoint as an avenue to impact customer or patient experience. Marlise demonstrated the need to change the workplace culture of one-off transactions to emphasize the need to establish long-term customer relationships. She was not afraid of the change and thus has the potential to influence practice in different ways positively. Overall, her vast knowledge in medical practice makes her qualified for the position because her professionalism and meticulous attention to detail mean she can plan for the future financially and understand metrics and the organization and its referral patterns of practices within the area.

I have great customer service and critical thinking skills that can effectively inform the practice manager's recommendation. I believe that a proctor and manager in a healthcare context should demonstrate the ability to understand metrics (what to do with them and what they mean), financially plan for the future, and understand the organization.
