Working in teams can be quite complex because they comprise individuals with different personalities and backgrounds. This was the scenario when we were grouped into the CLC teams to complete various projects. My team and I were primarily tasked with selecting the best project out of a group of five provided. After periods of deliberations and consultations, we eventually chose project Nickle since it met most of the objectives. However, it is essential to note that the group deliberations were not all smooth sailing as we faced a myriad of challenges. Nonetheless, through the five-phase model of group development, we evolved gradually and managed to collaborate our efforts to complete the project satisfactorily.
