I am a a gen X and although I am patient and know how to work with all my employees. with anyone there is always going to be a generation gap and the millennial generation have a different set of thinking skills. something i want to embrace more, maybe I would be less stressed.( some thing like that)
What did you perceive as your biggest challenges in working with the group? Was there any conflict? If so, how was it handled? If not, how was it avoided? What can you glean from that to make future teamwork more effective?
