I believe that the legalization of marijuana for personal consumption is one of the critical aspects that would reduce the burden of the state's legal system. In such a case, anyone above would comfortably consume marijuana regardless of whether they are visitors or residents of the state. However, the users should avoid using the drug while driving cars or in public places. The local authorities should subject any person who consumes or smoke marijuana to the penalties set under the existing regulations (Denham, 2019). Besides, I think that stores should restrict underage children on the premises.
