On the computer with an active directory administrator, the server manager should be opened.
Select Tools>Active Directory Administration Center
The activity will open the window shown in the screenshot below.


After the window opens, you must right-click the domain or OU and choose New>Group. A new window that allows you to create a group will open. The group name should be the security group (such as Folder Redirection Users). In the scope for the group, choose Security>Global.
In the member's section, choose Add. A dialog box will open that allows you to select contacts, users, computers, groups, and service accounts. Ensure that you choose the names of all users or groups where folder redirection should occur. Choose OK.
After the procedure, select File and Storage Services>Shares in the server manager pane to display the shares page. After opening the shares page, select Tasks> New Share. This will open a new share wizard window.
After the stage, open the Share Location page, and select the User Desktop and My Documents folders. Ensure all permissions are enabled for users to access the files and subfolders in the User Desktop and My Documents.
Lock After 10 Minutes
To allow all systems to lock after 10 minutes of inactivity, four main steps must be followed. First, it is essential to enforce a screen saver or wallpaper. The image file with a corporate name and logo is the best choice as wallpaper for all systems. There is a need for a wallpaper timeout and require a password to unlock the screen. The process is achieved through the Windows screen saver routines. In this regard, there is a need to enforce the wallpaper, set time, and ensure a password is required to unlock.
The settings can be achieved through Computer Configuration>Policies>Windows Setting>Local Policies>Security Options
This will provide an option to access the Interactive Logon, which allows you to limit the machine inactivity. Set the time to 10 minutes (600 seconds), and the system will lock after that duration of inactivity.
