The ten pillars of successful healthcare workplaces are essential to TIH’s support services, business operations, administration, and consumers. For instance, if TIH adopts a good organizational culture, it is likely to emphasize stewardship, transparency, and inclusiveness, which are vital aspects of providing quality patient care (Rodak, 2012). Employees should communicate openly with the management, particularly when they encounter problems so that effective solutions can be implemented. Listening is a crucial pillar of success in healthcare since it enables care providers to understand their patient’s health problems and address them accordingly by complying with established procedures and protocols. In addition, employees should be given an opportunity to develop their careers so that they can gain more knowledge and skills. That way, consumers will be satisfied by TIH’s services and the administration will have an easy role to enhance the effectiveness of the organization’s operations.
The best healthcare model for TIH is the value-based framework, which facilitates sustainable medical systems.
