The Affordable Care Act is one of the foremost legislation that enabled almost every American citizen to get affordable and quality treatments for themselves. Accordingly, I agree with your post that one of the most critical pieces of legislation that further expanded the ACA was the Essential Health Benefits (EHB). For example, in one article written by Rapfogel, Gee, and Calsyn (2020), the authors noted that the implementation of the EHB has added pediatric, dental, and vision care, among others, as part of the mandatory insurance coverage. This is helpful for thousands, if not millions, of Americans, considering that these are some of the common and costliest treatments for everyone.
