List components of “Five Wishes” document?
In the United States, the Five Wishes document was created by a non-profit organization (Aging with Dignity). It is considered an effective way of living the whole life with a soul and heart. The first component is Wish 1 in which it is clearly mentioned that a surrogate, caregiver or representative can take medical decisions on behalf of the patient. Wish 2 is its second core component that consists of the desire to live a long and healthy life. Wish three be where a patient is provided with different pain management options and regular personal grooming services.
How does “AND” differ from “DNR”?
