a. How do I value myself and others in the context of nursing? (5 points)
 I have had various experiences working with nurses to provide complex care and aid recovery to minimize long-term health needs. I have worked in different shifts, and even after rotation, I have learned the importance of comprehensive assessment to meet patient needs and provide quality care. Even though long-term conditions have complex needs, it is essential to focus on meeting these needs. Working in multidisciplinary teams has proved effective in meeting patient needs where the best evidence also supported clinical decisions. 
b. What experiences have left an indelible mark on my journey to RN BSN?
In my RN BSN journey, I have learned, gained experience, and cared for patients with various needs. There are memorable moments, such as a patient who came to thank me personally after being discharged. This incident made me realize I could make a bigger difference, and completing my BSN was one avenue that would allow me to provide more care.
I worked with a nurse from a military background who started out as emergency medical treatment (EMT) in the military who attained an associate in nursing and BSN before the age of 40. My experience working with him is unique since I was inspired to pursue my goals with zeal. Nurses are expected to pay attention to detail, and working with the particular nurse opened my eyes to how to planning, focusing on details, and time management to achieve set goals. My education and experience places me in a good position to work with health workers from diverse backgrounds, fields, and various clinical settings experiences.
c. How have I confirmed my career choice?
