Individuals' health and behavior are influenced by their surroundings such as families, social networks, workplaces, schools, religious organizations, the communities of which they are part, and the society in which they live. Behaviors are dynamic, not only do they interact but impact either positively or negatively on health, but these relationships can change over time. According to author identified, the positive behavior is related to health in such behaviors that contribute to the prevention of disease, behaviors that involve care-seeking and adherence to treatment, and behaviors that relate to the delivery of healthcare. Other hand the influence of tobacco smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, physical inactivity, and unhealthy eating are leading contributors to death and ill health (Tombor & Michie, 2017). For behaviors of individual health can express and influence on population health. The framework therefore implies the need to bring together a range of individuals and organizations with a variety of skills and interests in efforts to promote or improve health.

Public health can have many ways to define but commonly promotes the welfare of the population and community, ensures its security and protects it from the spread of infectious disease and environmental hazards, and helps to ensure access to safe and quality care to benefit the population. Healthy People 2020 goals moved forward to identify nationwide health improvement priorities. Increasing public awareness and understanding of the determinants of health, disease, and disability and the opportunities for progress. Providing measurable objectives and goals that can be used at the national, state, and local levels. Engaging multiple sectors to take action that is driven by the best available evidence and knowledge. Identifying critical research and data collection needs (Edelman, 2022). Governmental have involved to preserve the public health in extension of beyond voluntary activities and services to include additional authorities such as quarantine, mandatory immunization laws, and regulatory authorities. Many resources and funds from government to encourage people to do things that benefit their health such as many available programs to promote the physical activity or create conditions to promote good health and requiring certain actions in such foods and drugs safety and regulation.
My personal reference is the primary prevention that hard to be accepted by people with the long-term habits and challenge to implement into someone that unwilling to change the routine. It aims to prevent disease or injury. Also, preventing exposure to hazards that cause disease or injury, altering unhealthy or unsafe behaviors that can lead to disease or injury, and increasing resistance to disease or injury should exposure occur (Edelman, 2022). Example of smoking cessation can decrease the risk of lung cancer. People who have been smoking their whole life maybe not agree with the statement and disregard the idea of quitting. As a healthcare worker, we can only educate and provide information and available resources. In the end, people with mental stability and able to make their health decisions should be responsible for their own health.
Before developing any plan for a family, the information should be gathered and determine which problems or needs require intervention in conjunction with the perceptions of health problems. Then identifying what family needs and wants to accomplish of the outcome or goal of the intervention. Depending on each family, the plan should be customized to fit that family. Some factors such as background, family dynamics, cultures and religious practices contribute to the way that healthcare should be taken into consideration when planning. The family should agree the plan of care first then implement the proposal interventions such as communicate and interact with client and family members, advocate and fill in the gap between doctors and patients about health literacy, provide continue education about prevention of illness and disease process. Then evaluate the care plan has been met or not met family needs then can replan, alternate different implement and reevaluate until the expectation reach the meeting goal.
The potential barriers to access to healthcare services are found in low-income households with many necessary expenses with little or no extra fund for health promotion and maintenance. Could be from cultural and social practice surrounding health behaviors or low health literacy levels and incomplete perceptions of health. Maybe no available resources to support personnel, use of facilities, and effective program operation or lack of access to healthy foods and physical activity options. Only to name a few barriers but the picture of health perception from those outcomes negatively and impact on community and public health. However, government funded and provide affordable health insurance and healthcare facilities with no cost to provide to people that needed it. Many available information and free programs about health promotion and prevention can be found online and brochures easy for anyone can access.
So, as a healthcare worker, we continue to provide education and promote health and wellness and prevent illness and injury to people and communities.

Their environment greatly influences the health and behavior of individuals – from their families and social circles to their workplaces, schools, and communities. These relationships can change and evolve, and positive and negative behaviors can contribute to health. Positive behaviors include preventing disease, seeking care, and following treatment, while negative behaviors like smoking, drinking, and being physically inactive can lead to illness and even death (Tombor & Michie, 2017). Public health initiatives seek to improve the health of the population as a whole by increasing awareness, setting goals, and engaging multiple sectors. Governments have also taken steps to preserve public health through mandatory immunization laws and other regulatory authorities.
Primary prevention is a key focus of public health initiatives and is often difficult to implement because it requires individuals to change their habits and behaviors. It includes preventing exposure to hazards, changing unhealthy behaviors, and increasing disease resistance (Edelman, 2022). For example, quitting smoking can reduce the risk of lung cancer.
