From this perspective, you will need to be savvy at conducting an electronic database search of your clinical problem and appraising the studies to answer a clinical question. In this week's discussion, you will choose a research article (one of the four that I have provided on the next link) and identify the theoretical framework. Next you will identify at least one primary source and one secondary source in the reference section which pertains to the theoretical framework. Then you will conduct an electronic database search to locate those articles using Gale-Infotract on LIRN, CINAHL, or ProQuest, (Article with 5 years to now). Briefly review the abstracts of the articles. Last, conduct an Internet search of the theoretical framework. Identify possible benefits and concerns that you uncovered while researching the theoretical framework using the different methods.

The article is focused on explaining the concept that lies behind the Australian Emergency Department and the beliefs that affect how it conducts its activities and procedures. The competency of the Emergency Department is the basis of this study according to Morse. He thoroughly discusses this issue in relation to Australia's case. The effectiveness of medical healthcare and attention is usually affected by the beliefs that different communities have on healing and treatment. Nursing practices are in effect shaped by the beliefs which are held important by certain communities (Duffield, 2009).
Within the research article, one reference is used which brings light to this aspect of community. It is one article written by Morse who emphasizes on the quality of health research conducted in nursing practices (Morse, 2007). The quality of the services delivered depends on the acceptance of the community to the treatment methods. If the health services can’t be delivered within this scope then they can be considered futile.
