Self and social awareness will help me realize my individual capacity when handling complex consolidated financial reporting of multinational companies. It will help businesses to determine whether to outsource for consultancy or rely on their internal staff alone.

Taking time to evaluate the accounting reports and ensuring no margin of error is an act of self and social awareness in accounts.
