Concurrency
Concurrency is described as when you are executing more than one thing at the same time. Concurrency means various computations are occurring at the same time. It's when multiple chains of operations are run in overlapping periods. In the area of programming, concurrency is a pretty intricate subject. Through concurrency, programs can be drafted as independent processes functioning together in a certain composition. Such a structure may or may not be made align; however, achieving such a structure in the program provides many advantages (Dvečko,2015).
Transactions
A transaction is a logical unit that is independently performed for data retrieval or updates. It is a sequence of actions passed out by a sole user and/or application program that reads or improves the contents of the database. Experts express a database transaction as a "unit of work" reached within a database design environment.
Multiple User Databases Evolution
Databases are a component of everybody's daily habits, even people who do not own a computer or mobile phone link with them regularly. When we check our bank balance, shop online, view social media, or do almost any digital interaction, we access a database.
Before databases occurred, everything had to be written down on paper. We had journals, lists, ledgers, and endless archives containing hundreds of thousands or even millions of records contained in filing cabinets. When it was necessary to access one of these records, finding and physically obtaining it was a time-consuming and tough task. There were often issues ranging from misplaced to lost records due to fires that wiped out entire archives and shattered the history of societies, organizations, and governments. There was also security trouble because physical access was often easy to obtain.
