Determine which practices related to work attitudes in U.S. organizations are most strongly affected by diversity and how those effects could be addressed.

The Walt Disney Company, simply known as Disney, is an American multinational company focusing on mass media networks and entertainment and is headquartered in Burbank, California (The Walt Disney, n.d.). The conglomerate is owned by Disney’s family, having been founded by the two brothers Walt Disney and Roy Disney in 1923. ABC, the National Geographic, ESPN, the Disney Channel are a few of the popular media networks that are subsidiaries of the Walt Disney Company (The Walt Disney, n.d.). Disney has become famous for all the right reasons, having featured favorably in Forbes charts on various categories (Forbes, 2020). The categories for the best employer for diversity, women, new graduates, and also its position on the best digital company make it an ideal company one would like to work with. Besides, Disney has aligned its strategic goals and principles with key driving forces in a manner that makes the company even well suited for existing and new employees.

Organizational Culture
There are a ton of influencing factors that makes the Walt Disney Company ideal for work. Other than the focus on American culture, Disney has an organizational culture that is characterized by decency, innovativeness, quality, emphasis on the community, and employee engagement through storytelling. These attributes associated with Disney’s corporate culture not only encourages the employees' productivity but also makes them proud, optimistic, and even successful in their endeavors. Corporate social responsibility is a priority in Disney, and some of the notable involvements that affect the society include charity, community engagement through the Disney VoluntEARS program, and protecting the environment through massive investment in renewable energy (The Walt Disney Company, 2020). With such a corporate culture full of positivism, Walt Disney Company stands to be one of the most admirable employers.
Global Competitor
Disney, as a conglomerate, is bound to face competition from other key players in the respective industries. Other players providing fierce competition to Disney in the media and entertainment industry include 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros, Universal Pictures, and Columbia pictures (Watson, 2020). Despite the radical changes in the mass media, networks, and entertainment industry that has led to the emergence of other convenient and competitive technologies, Disney has managed to remain on top, courtesy of its innovative, diversified, and forward-thinking investment strategies. Disney has made fruitful mergers and acquisitions aimed at boosting its competitive advantage.

When it comes to diversity, perfect is an understatement for the Walt Disney Company.
