1. Boiled sea bass
The food item requires skinless boneless fish fillet, but those are not readily available like the groceries and vegetables. One disclaimer is that bass can have a muddy flavor during summer when algae blooms thrive. Onion is used in most of the food items except in only boiled food items and different types of pepper are used in the food items.
2. Dandan Noodles
The fresh thin wheat noodles are unique to dish compared to the other food items, but pepper is comm. in the other food items. However, the Szechuan pepper is preferred for the particular item, but since it is not readily available it can be substituted with other forms of pepper.
Fermented vegetables are also used, but are seasonal.

3. Sliced Pork in Spicy Garlic Sauce
Lean pork has high protein content and is mostly added to a healthy diet and the main ingredients include garlic and onions. The ingredients are easily accessible.
4. Spicy tofu with peanuts
The disclaimer in the food item is peanut allergy and the food allergy warning is necessary to avoid the risk of allergic reactions. Peanuts are readily available and tofu is found in some stores, but accessible the whole year.
