Our service of choice is a Mobile Spa. The spa is a commercial establishment that offers health and beauty treatments using methods such as massage, exercise equipment and steam baths. The beauty packages offered include; manicures, pedicures, facials, massages, body scrubs, waxing, hair styling, makeup and other services. These services are in line with those of other entities in the industry (LuxuryMobileSpaservices, 2016).
The needs that will lead clients to our service are controlled by various aspects of the specific clients. Clients from all walks of life, especially professionals will be the main targets for the business. These are people who spend most of their time in the offices, working on various projects and solving global problems. In addition, there are clients who spend their day running errands and activities. Such people are always extremely fatigued due to the intensity of their work and are always looking forward to a way to relax.
Secondly, there are those clients who have no time to get away from work for long hours. Such individuals cannot find the time to visit a spa or any other beauty and recreational facility. As a result, we have to find them and offer our services to them. Also, there exists a group of people who prefer and adore privacy. They are therefore not willing to go into public places to receive a service that they need. For such people, there is a pressing need for a mobile spa that can reach and attend to them in their isolation/privacy.
Finally, the spa is for clients who are always on schedules and appointments. These individuals are always moving from one place to another to meet people, discussing and sealing deals and carrying out other crucial tasks. Such people need quick service to enable them to relax wherever they are before they move to the next task.
The organization’s services
The recreational vehicle (R/V) that is a Spa on wheels will have the capacity to conduct manicures, pedicures, facial scrubs and full body massages. Some of the equipment that the Spa include a carrying case to hold all the equipment needed for the procedures to cater for the movement from one place to another. Also, it will have vibrating foot massagers, footbaths and portables hairdressers (MobileSpaBusiness, 2008).
The spa will offer a quiet, peaceful environment by use of atmosphere compartments. Here patients can rest, enjoy the silence and meditate for a few minutes or hours depending on an individual’s needs. This is to enable an individual to relax and to clear their minds.
