Interpretation of The Company’s Employees’ Compensation Data
Employees are said to be the most significant assets of any successful organization. On the other hand, however, employees can become the most significant liability to an organization, especially when they are not well managed (Aggarwal & Thakur, 2013). The argument above therefore exposes the need for establishing an effective employee performance appraisal review and evaluation. From the look of things in the data from the company in focus, it is clear that it does lack a competitive employee performance appraisal and evaluation system. First, the company does not seem to have clearly defined objectives for every employee. It treats all the employees in each department as equal regardless of their contribution to its success.
