4. Consider what new technologies are being developed and are emerging through the hype cycle. Discuss how human-centered design and technological advances could offer possible solutions to the problem you are trying to solve.
5. What are some of the initial constraints that may limit or hamper the introduction of your new technology? For example, does the target customer segment have money to pay for it? Is a particular resource too expensive? Does the target need to be educated about how to use the product?
6. What are some possible variants to the design challenge? For example, are there substitute resources, different adjustments to the value property, or other modifications to the business model that could mke it viable?

Based on the problem statement and hypothesis, the key issue being resolved is the increased market interruption caused by the new technologies. The main aim of disruptive innovation is to transform highly sophisticated and expensive services to less simple using specific technologies (Rasool et al., 2018). However, many issues that disrupt the physical engagement between the marketers and the customers include data breaches and data loss. The problem is complex since it emerges due to the efforts to make marketing easier. The solution is effective since it reduces the adverse effects that new technologies such as Salesforce impose on the market, affecting customer loyalty. Therefore, it would be easy to address the emerging technological effects with a reliable framework that benefits the customers.
The Most Affected by the Problem
The most affected by technological market disruptions are the baby boomers. Baby boomers are the group of customers or consumers born between 1964 and 1946 (Pavlić et al., 2018). They are the generation that precedes generation X. The identified customers are heavily affected since they are not adequately exposed to disruptive innovation and increased marketing technologies. Therefore, instead of benefiting positively, the identified group is experiencing market exploration difficulties caused by the technologies. The problem affects the customers while exploring the online market dominated by millennials. Therefore, there is a need to resolve the marketing disruption problem by engaging the group in the marketing space.
Key Demographic Factors
Key demographic factors are significant since they determine the engagement level of the customers. The key demographic factor available for the target customers is the age between 76 and 58 (Pavlić et al., 2018). Their age is the major cause of the challenge they experience since they do not have adequate knowledge of the marketing technology leading to data loss and breaches. Other demographic factors include income level, employment, and level of education. The target customers have reduced income levels since most are retired. Therefore, the identified key factors play a significant role in identifying a key solution for the target customers.
Emerging Technologies
The key emerging technologies likely to resolve the problem include generative AI, homomorphic encryption, and smart spaces. The identified technologies are emerging in the market and consider all the customers' states, including age and other demographic factors.
