Amazon Web Service is a giant online retailer company with a very humble background. Amazon began as a storage facility. Currently, the organization offers more than seventy services. Amazon is listed as one of the top 100 learning companies in the corporate world (eLearning, 2016). The company has exhibited innovation, competition, and constant change. In 2014 alone, Amazon recorded over seven hundred solution and service features. In the following year, Amazon was able to attain over a hundred billion dollars of annual sales. Amazon values and places first customer interest. Most of the new developments made by the company result from customer contribution. The company has managed to curtail costs, stay profitable and offer the best retail services to individuals and retailers. Leadership at Amazon proves the ability to learn and engage the rest of the workforce in implementation leading to its vast share of the market (Teece, 2010). It is because of the above reasons that I choose Amazon company has the best learning organization.
In different levels and ways, Amazon Specializes on the Feedback Loop System. Management and leadership at the agency help create a loop that results in significant effects. Amazon believes that the loop effect starts from the customer effect. Every attempt to innovate or bring change must benefit the client. Amazon has reduced its price for over 50 times now (eLearning, 2016). The company has been able to capacitate itself. As a learning organization, training and appraisal of employees is crucial. A similar approach used by Amazon is collaboration. Amazon partners with Netflix and MLB Advanced media, with the sole purpose of recreating the desired customer experience. The retail business is dynamic. As the pack leader, Amazon responds to consumer and other market forces through technology and knowledge building.
