As a result, a company must balance and use its resources wisely to produce high-quality products and services, earn a profit, achieve high customer and employee satisfaction, and attain overall success. Furthermore, a company must be able to keep up with current trends, especially given the market's heavy competition. In conclusion, a company will encounter numerous adversities that will impede its progress; however, it must remain resilient by surviving all the changes.

However, Jersey Wallpaper Company is not different from other companies, and it is also a company that faces struggles and requires a solution.
