VISA Inc. has a well-developed cooperative structure that guides the daily running of the organization and its general activities. It is one of the critical systems that provide the general decisions in the company and the relationship created between the government and the business system. The government has also created some key policies that guide the general running of cooperation, such as VISA. All these have had some impacts on the success of such an organization (Anikin et al. 64). One of the critical policies which bind the cooperative structure of VISA Inc. is based on the idea that co-op members have one vote in cooperate decisions regardless of the ownership. No member is viewed as superior, and each decision matters in all the decisions made and adhered to in the company. The application of this cooperative structure has affected the company's decision-making process. It is one of the issues that has largely slowed the decision-making process in the organization, affecting the company's performance system.
The government has also developed policies that guide the overall working of co-ops, such as VISA Inc. The overall growth of such co-ops is guided by government regulations that bind the comprehensive system such organizations apply.
