Clients should pay great attention when being instructed and supervised. So far, I have enabled the client to connect with me, and I have learned how to fix their problems. I recently met client B, with whom I enjoyed participating in various activities and working toward aims and objectives. The client desired to improve her communication and adaptation abilities. The client must meet two objectives before the end of September 2022. The client's objectives and the resources necessary were assessed (McLeod, 2017). It took a long time to determine her goals and what she indeed sought. However, there was a strong client connection throughout the session, and she received exceptional treatment.
The client was pleased with the outcome as the session came close. We designed a plan to help the client reach her goals within the specified time frame. A well-thought-out plan stated how the long-term goals would be fulfilled and the instruments required to execute the work. The personal plan was to provide the client with a framework and understand her expectations for reaching the objective (Morris, 2020). I stated that the client should read books to build her communication skills. The client should also be informed through the internet on how people who are great at communication have done and how they achieved it. I explained this to the client and made her know what she was supposed to do to achieve her goals. The client went while she was satisfied since we had reached the tools she needed for her purposes.
The session ended, and I felt we had achieved a few remarkable things. I understood clearly what the client wanted to accomplish in her life. The client wanted to have better communication skills and adaptability for her to work in different organizations. I understood the problem and weaknesses of the client, which she needed to improve (Kolb & Kolb, 2018).
