There are a number of labor-related factors that Threads Apparel should consider when deciding to set up the new facility either in Mexico or Canada. Evaluation of each of the factors can help the company select the best location for the facility.
One of the factors is facilities. In their meeting, they should determine what kind of space the company will need to realize both short-term and long-term goals. For instance, there should be enough space to accommodate the staff and the workers.
