Your essay should be typed and double-spaced, standard-sized (8.5" x 11"), with 1" margins on all sides. Use a widely available 11 or 12 point fonts. These include sans serif fonts such as 11-point Calibri, 11-point Arial, and 10-point Lucida Sans Unicode as well as serif fonts such as 12-point Times New Roman, 11-point Georgia, 10-point Computer Modern.

As she begins in the role and starts to implement changes, she is facing many challenges and much resistance.

Julia Woodland made some positive measures to fix Grant Corporation's HR department. She acknowledged the need for change and proposed buying an integrated payroll/HRIS system to boost efficiency and accuracy (“The Grant Corporation,” (n.d.). She also hired a hiring firm to fill available positions to solve the acute resource deficit. She tried to email the entire firm about the new system's benefits. In several areas, she could have done better. She should have consulted her HR personnel on the new system and decision-making. Her decision-making without their input may have caused their anxiety.
Woodland delayed critical stakeholder involvement in implementation. She should have consulted IT and finance early about server and system integration. She was wrong to think she could implement without these crucial departments. Implementing and aligning the organization's IT strategy would have been easier with an inclusive approach.
Woodland should have informed her team about the changes and their rationale. Her workers seemed unaware of the new system and its ramifications, causing anxiety and opposition (“The Grant Corporation,” (n.d.).
