Drastic changes in technology, among other vital sectors influencing business operations, require adequate changes to sustain the success of any organization. Researchers have taken a keen analysis of the changes and business response in the last few decades to assess the implications of organizational change. Change is a tough adventure for businesses, and a myriad of things can go wrong (Tasler, 2017). Notably, organizations react poorly to change due to several reasons.
