The LEGO Group is one of the leading toymakers worldwide. Despite the company encountering financial crisis at some point, it thrived and became even more successful. Flextronics and the LEGO Group are the primary players in the case at hand. Outsourcing its services to Flextronics was a major boost for the company, and it facilitated its continual growth and development. The primary issue that LEGO Group faced was the decline in toy sales. Based on the case at hand, LEGO Group survived the financial crisis due to product diversification. The firm ventured into clothing, television, and computer games. Although that step was the best, it resulted in vast inefficiencies and complexity, which made employees and customers more confused.
