Letter to Tenants

Case Study Instructions:

Hi this is a continuation of the previous work that was done with regards to the Landlord and Tenant and the bicycle racks.
This will be a letter to the tenants one and a half pages in non- legal terms, outlining the responsibility of the tenants and the bicycles. The bikes are being parked with out authorization in the underground garage, the front of the property, close to the sidewalk, and it is beginning to interfere with the rights of other tenants who are paying for the parking in the underground garage. It also interferes with the people accessing the sidewalk, and this could lead to a slip which could be a liability issue for the management group.
The letter is to identify the issues, and then inform them that the this behaviour will not be tolerate, and if they continue to abuse the bicycle rack which is on a first come first serve basis. All others must be taken up to the tenants units.
I don't want this letter to take the tone of bullying, we are just trying to protect the property from negligence claims.

The management would like to take this chance to encourage tenants that own bikes to take full responsibility of their bikes. The underground parking is paid for by tenants that use them as their personal spaces and it is advisable to respect their right to the spaces.
