Culture includes various aspects that must be improved to successfully improve patient safety and risk management plans in a healthcare setting. The basic tenet of culture is practical and standardized work per Mayo Clinic guidelines. Culture is the primary component in any clinical setting. This calls for attention from all individuals involved in the facility. Mayo Clinic management is responsible for directing positive culture to all employees and staff in the clinic.
