Health Behavior That is Encouraging to Perform and How it was Disseminated
Think about some kind of health behavior that you were recently encouraged to perform or discouraged from performing. Then think about the various contexts or settings through which that message was disseminated using interpersonal, group, or mass channels. You can list different channels used by different sources (i.e., they don't have to relate to the same, single communication effort).
