I first heard the term “Certified Nursing Assistants” from my cousin Ella, who works in the nearby hospital as a registered nurse. It was only then that I learned about this type of job. Ella has a fantastic nursing assistant named Patty. She talks about how Patty helps make her work easier on a day-to-day basis and how they are also good friends outside of work.
