How Yohji Yamamoto Transfers His Thoughts In His Traditional Designs?
Description
This assignment is designed to assist you in focusing on a particular topic of interest and gathering historical, theoretical, and material sources to pursue your research. You will need to spend some time looking through online databases and visiting libraries, archives, and other relevant institutions to map your selected research topic through literature.
Instructions
This preliminary bibliography must include a minimum of 8 scholarly sources (books, journal articles, etc.) that are relevant and directly related to your topic. Be sure to evaluate the quality of your sources (how old are they? Are they from a peer-reviewed publication? Are they primary or secondary sources?).
Organize your bibliography into 3 categories related to your research - not by the type of source. These categories should relate to themes or research questions in your project. (For example, in my Beyoncé bibliography, I might have the following categories for my sources: 'Pregnancy Photography', 'Image and Branding', and 'Social Media'.)
For each entry on your list, create a 30- 60-word notation that summarizes the content of the source, and explains its relevance to your research interests.
