Final Project Overview:
For your Final Project, you'll be creating a solution to address an environmental challenge in students' choice of location. Your solution could be...
a work of art (installation, sculpture, painting, illustration, design, video, etc) to raise awareness of an environmental concern;
a way to enhance an existing nonprofit, business, or initiative that addresses an environmental concern;
a new nonprofit, business, or initiative that addresses an environmental concern; or
other ideas, which can be reviewed and refined through feedback on your Proposal.
The Annotated Bibliography will include:
The proposal (including any revisions or updates from the previous submission)
5 academic articles that provide relevant information on your environmental challenge and/or solution,
The APA citation and link for each article
A brief (1-3 sentence) summary of each article and how it relates to your challenge/solution/location.
For example:
Article 1: Recycling in a Megacity, 
This article provides an overview of recycling rates in New York. It details how New Yorker's attitudes and behaviors toward recycling have led to high recycling rates, and the roles materials recovery facilities (MRFs) can play in diverting recyclables from the waste stream. I believe this article will be a valuable case study for discussing how recycling can be effective across cities in New York state.

The Annotated Bibliography will be graded on the following criteria:
fulfills requirements (concept description, 5 academic articles, and the titles, links, and summaries for each article)
clear explanation and writing (what's the concern & solution, how will solution address concern, where is this located, ideas exploring, etc.)
relevancy of academic articles
