International business is undergoing unprecedented transformation, development, and growth due to an increasingly globalized world. The wave of globalization is marked by increased mobility of goods and services, high technological penetration and innovation, and higher market liberalism. This trade phenomenon cause challenges within the realms of business regulation and trade policies. This paper is an anointed bibliography covering three core themes or topical international business issues, including technology and innovation, cultural conflict, and international business travel.
Technology and innovation
Technology and innovation are critical components behind the success of many international companies and corporations. Many multinational firms leverage technology and innovation to spur their growth and expansion by exploring foreign and local markets. International business organizations such as Alibaba, Amazon, Microsoft, and internet-based social media platforms such as Facebook deploy technology as a blueprint to their success.

The authors highlight the relevance of access to new foreign technology as one of the centric resources to country’s socio-economic growth. How countries access foreign technologies remains a major concern. The authors observed that there is little literature about the quantitative effect related to outsourcing technology. The authors noted the importance of outward international business travel for technology sourcing and innovation in the context of Europe and the U.S and noted that innovation is increasing in the number of business travellers. The findings further showed that technology sourcing via in-person business travel is statistically and economically substantial, with approximately twenty per cent economic change.
