The purpose of this article is to analyze the evolution and increased attention that has been paid to the concept of business ethics, values, and corporate social responsibility. Two business organizations that are socially responsible in the regions where they engage in business are analyzed, and data is obtained using the semi-structured interview. The findings of the study reveal that corporate social responsibility, business ethics, and values have a significant positive effect on the financial performance of organizations. In addition, the authors note that apart from financial performance, organizations engage in ethical behaviors and social responsibility for other reasons too. The authors acknowledge the limitation of their study since the sample they used was too small and cannot be used for generalization.
