The economic synergies derived from the use of the same innovations (like Coca-Cola’s move into the energy drink market and Celsius Holdings’ product packaging), technological skills, equipment, and staffing can bring together these two companies to form a company in a joint venture, which will produce a uniquely-branded energy drink to target the upcoming market during the FIFA 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
