I am championing a course to save our planet and preserve it for the future generations. My interest in the environment dawned on me that as I grow older, so does the need to figure out how to come up with scalable and sustainable solutions to environmental challenges we face comes up. It is an interest I developed while doing my O levels (British Curriculum) when studying environmental sciences. I developed a deep passion and sought to expand my knowledge by joining your institution to pursue a degree in environmental sciences. The George Mason University boasts of notable alumni with decorated careers in this field such as Dr. Groover and Dr. Valdez, who have made indelible marks in preserving the environment. I relate to their vision and hope that George Mason would help me achieve mine.
I chose George Mason University because I feel it resonates with my course.
