Part 1: Core Worldview Beliefs
Based on the basic components of worldview presented in Chapter 2 and the topic overview, write a response to each of the six questions that form the basic components of your own core worldview beliefs. Respond to the questions about your own beliefs in your own words, and not necessarily what you think the Christian worldview believes. Keep this document intact and only add your answers in the box under each question.
1 What is your belief about the nature of ultimate reality? Why?
Your answer in two to three sentences:
I believe in and follow the God that created man and communicates and cares for man. God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit are the ultimate reality.

2 What is your belief about the nature of the universe? Why?
Your answer in two to three sentences:
God created the world and everything we see in it. God is different from his creation. Also, God is the ruler of his creation. The universe's creation is God's gift that God rules, and God is transcendent.

3 What is your belief about human nature and the afterlife? Why?
Your answer in two to three sentences:
Human nature is free of humanity's will. Free will is the will to do and believe as one gratifies God's gift. Also, the free comes with repercussions, which occur in the afterlife. Life does not end after death, as we think. A person who has followed God's will and his divine will has eternal life, while those who did not obey God will go to hell.

4 What are the three worldview (atheism, pantheism, theism) beliefs about the nature of knowledge? Which one best fits your belief? Why?
Your answer in two to three sentences:
Atheism denies the metaphysical beliefs of spiritual beings and God. On the other hand, theism affirms and believes in the reality of the divine and demonstrates its existence. Finally, pantheism is the belief that everything is part of an all-inclusive, imminent God. I believe in theism which critically fits my ideas as I believe in the existence of divine reality.

5 What is your basis for determining moral right from moral wrong? Why?
Your answer in two to three sentences:
Usually, the moral righteousness or wrongness of a certain action is determined by the final consequences of the action; the act of morality is following justice, ethics and law to do the right thing. On the other hand, moral wrongs are against righteousness and justice. Doing the right thing means you are doing appropriate and legitimate actions.

6 What is your belief about human purpose? Why?
Your answer in two to three sentences:
I believe that the purpose of humans is to serve other humans, who are incorporated within God's creation and breed to continue the permanency of life. They should also utilize their abilities to help others and appreciate the mechanism of giving and receiving empathy and love.
