The Peaceable Kingdom of Pieces by Berman is the most outsider art. The art is made using watercolors on a piece of paper. The design of the piece lies outside the tradition of fine art mainly because of how the artists portray the subjects. Rather than painting familiar portraits of animals, the artists painted the subjects in a manner that can be considered outside the customary way of art. This approach by the artists seems to be intentional to invoke interest in the audience to try and understand the hidden truth in the art. The primitive nature of the piece also makes it more outsider. This is presented by the artist’s raw expression of ideas rather than adhering to the mainstream forms of art.
