The author shares the importance of adhering to the passions of an individual, whenever a person is starting a venture in business or choosing any career path. Added by the author, passion can greatly contribute to the achievement of success. Although there are other factors that may contribute to personal success like talent, intellect, and ambition; passion is often the distinguishing factor on what makes a person successful or not.
