Nurse Responsibilities
Throughout my nursing career path, I have learned numerous things that have enabled me to keep improving in my field and be prepared to take on big roles. Notably, I am ready to highlight the four dimensions and nine criteria that have significantly boosted my career and made me fit for the position in your superb institution.
DIMENSIONS
Practice: Helps an individual to understand the nursing process and organizational systems to improve the quality of care as evidenced by assisting obese adolescents to reduce their weight by engaging in regular physical activities.
Professional Development: I have obtained numerous lessons that have enabled me to improve my career as evidenced by being a nurse supervisor who is responsible for ensuring that caregivers are complying with the set protocols when undertaking their duties.
Collaboration: It facilitates unity, teamwork, and effective communication among nurses as evidenced by making caregivers realize that they should work together to help patients so that they can improve the quality of care and promote good public health.
Scientific Inquiry: It provides nurses with appropriate and credible knowledge and skills as evidenced by applying evidence-based research to help patients with chronic illnesses manage their health problems by using tested and approved treatment strategies.
CRITERIA
Practice: It enables caregivers to know the things that they should do to help different clients as evidenced by interacting with older adults to understand their health issues and coming up with long-term solutions to eliminate these problems.
Ethic: Specifically, ethics help caregivers to determine and address ethical problems and dilemmas that might affect the quality of care adversely as evidenced by adhering to beneficence and non-malefice...
