Gender discrimination is a common issue nowadays on various aspects such as labor, health services, education, politics, and cultural beliefs. Women are on the verge of being discriminated against men as they have many excellent opportunities as compared to the feminine gender. We have to fight for equality to avoid the oppression of women in the workplaces, homes, and institutions to give females a chance to live the same life as males in society (Chin55).
Culture is a factor that has discriminated against women since time immemorial as women as seen as tools to perform household chores. They lacked access to various facilities such as labor, education, and politics. Today, the world is evolving, and all gender should have the same opportunities as men in society despite cultural beliefs (De León 23). Culture has underexploited the talents and innovation of women in working environments. Feminine have the ideas and abilities that can transform our industries and business in a proper way leading to increased outputs in the various firms.
