Female Caribbean authors have written various articles describing the lives of fellow women in society. The female gender in the region is surrounded by various issues like womanhood, assimilation, and family. Although women may face various challenges while growing, handling family issues and societal norms, gender remains focused to achieve the best in every aspect of life. According to the articles, women have fascinating characteristics in society than men. The writings of the Caribbean authors were motivated by the fascinating characteristics and the positive impacts brought by gender in society.
The Biography of a Dress describes the life of a young girl living with her mother. This action reveals the deep concern of women towards the welfare and positive growth of their families.
