Goals and Functions
The name of this organization is called Let’Sport Limited Company. The goal of this Let’Sport is to become one of the largest and the most successful companies providing Sports facilities for playing Chinese Chess in the country. This is because it is a new and unique sport in the country which has attracted more people. The company is also planning to organize for the largest sports tournament in the entire world every two years. The company has got the strong human resource depart that is involved in the recruitment and hiring of new employees who possess unique skills concerning the products that they deal in. After the recruitment of employees and have gone through necessary training, they are required to put their own unique ideas together and come up with new designs for new products. The newly designed products are then produced from the factory. The employees are then being allocated different units of products that have been produced and are made to be accountable for their units of products and also make a plan for the next tournament. The human resource manager is also expected to choose a group of employees that will follow the Chief Executive Officer to the place where the next tournament will be held. They are involved in the selling of their products to the members of the public. This company has got a strong marketing team and a website to attract more customers across throughout the world. As a matter of fact, due to their strong marketing team, they have been able to beat their competitors in the market. Other than sports facilities that this company is involved in, the company is also providing services.
Company’s Management Structure
Csaszar defines organizational structure as a system that is made up of both explicit and implicit institutional policies and rules that have been set to outline how different roles and responsibilities that have been delegated, coordinated and controlled (611). In this organization, the person at the top is the Chief Executive Officer who is the final decision maker, formulator of policies, and implementation of policies that have been formulated. It is the Chief Executive Officer in liaison with the board of directors that set both the short term and long terms of the organization. Just below the chief organization officer, there are other managers who are in charge of different departments. There is a Department Manager who is the overseer of all the operations that takes place in different departments of the organization. There is also Financial Manager who is in charge of all the finances of the company. It is the Financial Manager who formulates the budget of the company as well as implementation of the budget of the organization. Within the same hierarchy there is Products Manager who is in charge of designing of the products of the company. Research on the preference and taste of the consumer and then design the products to conform to the preference and taste of consumers.
