1 Executive summary
Industrial revolution has been one of the most innovations in the history of mankind. The nature and ultimate development of technological innovation led to another form of civilization of the modern society. This has increased the lifestyle and changed different many things in the community and society through which different people and communities relate to each other. Different communities and societies in the pre-industrial era were mainly agrarian based and this proved to be their point of observation, learning, lifestyle and establishment of culture. But during the late 18th century, there was a seen in the technological development that started slowly and increased after the world wars as the commencement of the 19th and 20th centuries. Therefore, it is important and necessary to encompass the information and findings that have been developed ever since the technological and industrial revolution. Thus, the outcome is the development and creation of the necessary instances that have seen the creation and establishment of different industrial culture, (Brezina, 2005). The modernism experienced in the community nowadays is a result of revolution in the industrial era. Therefore, as a result the advancement from the agrarian revolution, it brought about many different changes and consequences that have changed the community and beliefs of different the society. Through issues such as capitalism, globalization, technological advancements and equality, the revolution has changed the mode and communication in the community especially in the work place situations. Thus, the culture and structuring in the American place has and went through transformation due to the many concepts of industrial revolution in the society. This increased the capacity of working and culture efficiency in the working place and lifestyles.
